The Radium Fuel Pressure Regulator is built around the common OEM Bosch regulator inserts used on applications such as the Ford Falcon BA/BF/FG XR6 Turbo, Ford Territory Turbo, FPV F6 Typhoon, Audi/VW 1.8L Turbo and Porsche 911 (996/997) Turbo.

The compact billet aluminium housing is laser etched and anodised, and the regulator top is retained by a stainless steel snap ring that is easily removed with snap-ring pliers. Two versions come assembled with a genuine Bosch top rated at 3.0 or 4.0 bar static; these tops are vacuum referenced at a 1:1 ratio and are not adjustable. The no-top version lets you fit your own Bosch insert.

• Gauge Port: 1/8" NPT female port for a gauge or pressure transducer
• Billet Housing: Compact billet 6061 aluminium, laser etched and anodised

• 20-0010-00: Assembled with Bosch 3.0 bar (43.5 psi) top
• 20-0010-01: Assembled with Bosch 4.0 bar (58.2 psi) top
• 20-0014: No regulator top – supply your own Bosch insert

Important Notes

• The Bosch regulator tops are fixed-pressure and NOT adjustable
• Pressure ratings were tested with a Walbro 255 lph pump – actual minimum, static and maximum pressures depend on the flow rate of your pump, and a higher-flowing pump may raise the minimum pressure above the rating
• For higher-flow fuel systems Radium recommends its adjustable high-flow fuel pressure regulators
