Radium Engineering Fuel Filter with Check Valve - 6 Micron Microglass

Radium Engineering Fuel Filter with Check Valve - 6 Micron Microglass

Application: Universal
Part Type: High-flow fuel filter with integrated check valve, 6 micron microglass element
Part Number: 20-1220-05

The Radium 20-1220 series fuel filter has an anodised silver outlet cap containing a one-way check valve. It uses the same elements and has the same physical dimensions as Radium's 20-0220 series high-flow filters.

The check valve can hold pressure in the fuel rail when the engine or pump is off, which can speed up engine restarts. It's useful with pumps that don't have a backflow check valve, or with venturi jet pumps that operate on the high-pressure side. This version has a 6 micron microglass element, and meets and exceeds filtration requirements for fuel injection.

Key Features

• Check Valve Outlet: Anodised silver outlet cap with integrated one-way check valve
• Element: 6 micron microglass – microglass element can not be reused – replace when serviced
• 10AN ORB Ports: Removable end caps with large 10AN ORB female threaded ports for high-flow plumbing
• Billet Body: Three-piece body CNC machined from 6061 aluminium, Type II anodised, sealed with FKM O-rings
• Collapse Resistant: Elements have a stainless steel internal core to resist collapse at high flow
• Low Restriction: Flow tested at 1 psi drop at 300 LPH and 2.5 psi drop at 700 LPH
• Fuel Compatibility: Petrol, diesel, methanol, ethanol and blends such as E85

What's Included

• Fuel filter with check valve outlet, preassembled with the 6 micron microglass element

Optional Parts

• Radium Replacement Fuel Filter Element (18-0025-05) – replacement 6 micron microglass element (same elements as the 20-0220 series)
