PTFE is the gold standard for chemically inert hose material. Radium DIY PTFE hose kits use a carbon-lined PTFE core that is conductive and anti-static, dissipating the static charge that can build up in high-flow fuel systems, and PTFE has virtually zero permeation – it will not emit fuel vapours the way rubber hose can.

Each kit includes 4.5m (14.75ft) of black braided PTFE hose and six black anodised swivelling aluminium hose ends – two straight, two 45° and two 90° – to build your own custom lines for fuel, oil, transmission, power steering, coolant and more.

• Carbon-Lined Core: Conductive, anti-static core dissipates static charge
• Pressure Rating: Pressure tested to 1200 psi in-house; generally rated to over 2500 psi
• Temperature Rating: -70°C to 249°C (-94°F to 480°F)
• Construction: Seamless extruded PTFE core, stainless steel wire braid and PET braided outer jacket
• Hose Ends: Type-II black anodised aluminium swivelling hose ends
• Low Permeation: PTFE has virtually zero permeation – no fuel vapour smell

Important Notes

• Radium strongly recommends assembly by experienced installers, and that every assembly is pressure tested before use
• PTFE hose ends are specific to PTFE hose and cannot be used with rubber hose
• Radium does not offer other PTFE hose end sizes or angles – other PTFE-specific hose ends can be used
• Assembly tools are not included
