The Radium 18-0018 is a service replacement diaphragm for all Radium fuel pulse dampers, including the FPD-R, FPD-XR and the damper side of the FPR-D. It is safe for all fuel types.
Damper diaphragms do not have a ball seat on the underside, so this diaphragm can't be used in any fuel pressure regulator.
