The Radium Engineering Coolant Tank Kit replaces the R35 GT-R's factory plastic coolant expansion tank, which can fail under constant heat cycling. The two-piece tank is CNC-machined from aluminium and anodised, offering better heat conduction and strength suited to racing use.

A custom bracket mounts to existing threaded holes and adapter fittings connect to the factory lines, so no permanent modifications are required. The tank functions the same as the OEM system, while its smaller size frees up engine bay space and improves service access. Inside, two chambers are linked by cross-over passages at the top and bottom, and an internal swirl feature helps de-aerate the cooling system.

• The OEM Nissan pressure cap (1.37 bar) can be reused
