The Radium 20-1221 Check Valve Fuel Filter Conversion Kit converts the outlet of a standard Radium Engineering high flow fuel filter (green outlet) into a check valve outlet. Flow testing shows a 1psi pressure drop at 300LPH and 2.5psi at 700LPH.

A check valve filter stops fuel rail pressure dropping when the engine or pump is switched off, which helps the engine restart faster. Typical uses are fuel pumps without a built-in back-flow check valve, and venturi jet pumps that run on the high pressure side rather than the return side of the system.

Important Notes

• Converts an existing Radium high flow fuel filter – the filter body and element are not included
• Complete filters with the check valve outlet already fitted are available as 20-1220-03 (10 micron stainless) and 20-1220-05 (6 micron microglass)
• Radium does not list the kit contents – contact iilumolab if you need to confirm what is supplied
