A one-way check valve permits flow in one direction only. The Radium 20-1533 threads into a 6AN ORB port and provides an 8.5mm barb outlet, with the flow direction laser etched on the hex.

Inside is a spring-loaded stainless steel plunger with an aerodynamic shape for smooth, laminar flow, sealed with FKM and housed in a lightweight anodised aluminium body. The threaded section is extended 3.4mm compared with a standard 6AN ORB fitting to give the internal valve clearance. Suitable for petrol, ethanol, methanol, diesel, water, coolant, oil and similar fluids.

Important Notes

• Flow is one direction only – check the etched arrow on the hex before installing
• The threaded section is 3.4mm longer than a standard 6AN ORB fitting to clear the internal valve
• Radium specifies the 20-1533 on several of its fuel hangers for pumps without an internal check valve (for example AEM 50-1230/50-1235 pumps in the FD RX-7 fuel hanger surge tank)
