The Radium 17-0048 kit contains six hermetically sealed electrical bulkhead studs for passing high current through a wall or panel – only a drilled hole is required. Each conductive stud is CNC machined from 304 stainless steel, and an insulating sleeve prevents panel conduction and galvanic corrosion.
The anodised aluminium acorn nut and heat shrink insulate exposed areas against accidental shorts. The studs suit legacy Radium fuel pump hangers and surge tanks that don't have the latest anti-rotation studs, and can be used in custom installations.

Important Notes
- Drilled hole diameter must be 5.59–5.94mm (0.220–0.234in) – use a 15/64" drill bit
- Material thickness must be 6.65–8.18mm (0.262–0.322in)
- Each stud uses two top locking nuts
