The Radium Firewall Mount Coolant Tank Kit is a remote-mounted header tank commonly required for custom Lotus applications such as engine swaps and turbo kits, where the OEM expansion tank is no longer in an ideal location. Low-mounted radiators such as V-mounts also need a correctly positioned header tank for proper air bleeding.

The two-piece tank is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium and bolted together with a billet cap receiver for a standard 32mm Type-A pressure cap. Hot coolant enters the internal swirl chamber tangentially and spins at high speed, helping to de-aerate the cooling system.

Important Notes

• Pressure cap is not included
• The OEM Lotus cap is rated at 1.1 bar; a Radium high-pressure cap can be considered for extreme track use
