The Radium Engineering 20-1000-1010S-PCV combines a Radium PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve with a low profile 90-degree swivel banjo, going from a 10AN ORB inlet to a 10mm SAE quick connect male outlet. Use it when the OEM PCV valve is removed, needs to be relocated to the catch can outlet, or on engines that do not have a PCV valve at all.

Like an OEM PCV valve, the internal plunger dynamically meters crankcase vent airflow based on engine load. A proper PCV valve avoids the vacuum leak a simple check valve would create at low engine loads, closes during an intake backfire so combustible vapours cannot ignite inside the crankcase, and closes under boost on turbocharged and supercharged engines to stop intake pressure entering the crankcase.

Important Notes

• Requires an extra 6.7mm (0.26in) of clearance after the threads for the O-ring to seat.
• Fits Radium Competition Catch Cans and Radium PCV baffle plates. Does NOT fit Radium standard or Fluid Lock catch cans due to port depth.
• Fits other 10AN ORB ports only if they have the extra clearance required.
