The Radium 14-0270 joins a 6AN connection to a 1/4" NPT port with a 90° turn, part of Radium's range of 6AN to NPT adaptor fittings.

NPT (National Pipe Thread) fittings seal by the intentional interference created as the tapered threads mesh together, so a thread sealant is used on the NPT side during installation.

Important Notes

• Apply a small amount of PTFE paste or tape to the NPT threads, tighten finger tight, then turn a further 1.5 to 3 turns until tight
