The Radium Engineering 14-0191 adapts a 10AN ORB (O-ring boss) port to a 3/8" hose barb. Radium lists it in its 10AN ORB to barb connections range of 7/8"-14 threaded adaptor fittings.

Because the threads on ORB fittings are not used for sealing, PTFE paste or thread sealant is not required – the seal is made by the included FKM O-ring. ORB ports are an industry standard and are found on many automotive plumbing products, including most Radium products.

Important Notes
