The Radium Engineering 14-0131 is a 10AN ORB (O-ring boss) to 8AN male flare adapter fitting. ORB ports are an industry standard, found on many automotive plumbing products including most Radium products, and Radium 10AN ORB fittings suit any application with a 7/8"-14 (10AN ORB) O-ring port.
Because the threads are not used for sealing, PTFE paste or thread sealant is not required. Lubricate the FKM O-ring with petroleum jelly, O-ring lubricant or engine oil before installation.
