Description
Koyo Performance Radiator – Subaru Forester XT SG9 EJ25 2004–2008
Application: Subaru Forester XT | TA-SG9 | EJ25 2.5L Turbo Petrol AWD | Manual & Automatic Transmission
Part Number: VH13026 / KV092217R
The SG9 Forester XT is one of the most capable and underrated performance wagons of its era — a turbocharged EJ25 boxer, symmetrical AWD, and a practical body that makes it equally at home on a gravel road or a circuit. Whether it's a daily driver, a rally-inspired build, or a track car, keeping coolant temperatures stable is fundamental to getting the most out of the EJ25 under sustained load.
Koyorad's all-aluminium radiator is a direct bolt-in performance upgrade for the SG9 Forester XT, engineered to the same factory fit and mounting points as the OE unit. Nocolok furnace brazed, precision TIG welded by hand, and triple pressure tested — it retains all OEM fan shroud mounts and stock hose connections with no modifications required.
Why Koyorad?
- Precise Tube & Fin Alignment — Strict quality control ensures optimal coolant flow and maximum heat transfer efficiency across the entire core.
- Nocolok Furnace Brazing — All tubes, fins, headers, and brackets are bonded in a state-of-the-art Nocolok furnace, creating a structure that resists vibration, road debris, and the elements.
- Billet Filler Neck — Precision-machined billet filler necks are fitted to every unit for superior strength, durability, and a reliable seal.
- OE-Specific Mounting — Application-specific mounting points for fan shrouds, inlet/outlet hoses, and top/bottom pins ensure a pain-free, no-modification install.
- Hand-Crafted Heliarc Welds — Each radiator is individually Heliarc welded by hand, creating the strongest possible aluminium-to-aluminium bond across all components.
