Koyo Performance Radiator – BMW E46 M3 S54 3.2L I6 MT/SMG 2001–2006

Part Number: HH422675 / KH422675
The E46 M3 is widely regarded as one of the finest driver's cars ever produced — a naturally aspirated S54 straight-six that revs freely to 8,000rpm and a perfectly balanced chassis that remains a benchmark for driver engagement. The S54 generates significant heat at high rpm and under sustained track use, making a quality cooling upgrade a worthwhile investment for any E46 M3 owner pushing the car hard.
Koyorad's all-aluminium radiator is a direct bolt-in upgrade for the E46 M3. Nocolok furnace brazed, TIG welded by hand, and triple pressure tested — retains all OEM fan shroud mounts and hose connections with no modifications required.
Why Koyorad?
- Precise Tube & Fin Alignment — Optimal coolant flow and maximum heat transfer efficiency.
- Nocolok Furnace Brazing — All components bonded as one unit for vibration and debris resistance.
- Billet Filler Neck — Precision-machined for strength, durability, and a reliable seal.
- OE-Specific Mounting — Retains factory fan shroud, hose positions, and mounting pins.
- Hand-Crafted Heliarc Welds — Individually welded for the strongest possible aluminium-to-aluminium bond.
