The lightweight aluminium bell and high-carbon rotor ring provide stable braking performance under repeated high-temperature cycles. Directional vane construction ensures efficient cooling, and the slotted surface maintains consistent bite by removing gas and debris from the pad surface.

Bedding-In Procedure (Required)

Proper bedding-in is essential for achieving maximum performance and preventing judder:

• Perform approximately 40 medium-hard stops from 120 km/h to 80 km/h.
• Some light judder may occur during the process — this is normal.
• Complete a cool-down lap to bring rotor temperatures below 100°C.
• Confirm the friction surface shows an even white/grey transfer layer about 1 mm deep.
• Check for full pad contact and no hot spots or abnormal material deposits.
