The Radium Engineering fuel rail for the early Mitsubishi 4G63 is CNC-machined from solid 6061 aluminium with a large 17.5mm (0.69in) internal bore, sized to support the fuel demands of heavily modified engines. It is anodised and laser etched, and is compatible with all fuel types including E85 and other alcohol blends.

The rail eliminates the OEM two-bolt inlet flange and its restrictive 5.7mm (0.22in) orifice. It reuses the three OEM mounting spacers (Mitsubishi MD095402) to thermally insulate the rail from the intake manifold, and thermal insulating washers are supplied for the stainless steel mounting hardware. Mounting bosses mimic the factory rail so the OEM brackets can still secure the cables that pass by.

Important Notes

• This is an upgrade rail – OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors must be used (same height as OEM, with upper and lower O-rings matching the OEM diameters and styles)
• Injectors are not included; Radium does not make injector recommendations – consult your tuner for brand/flow rate and the injector manufacturer for a part number with the correct dimensions
• For side-feed or air-assist injectors, Radium offers separate top feed conversion rails
• Fittings are not included – plug any unused ports with an 8AN ORB plug
• Fittings must be selected to suit the application and hose type; allow ample clearance around the ports for larger accessories such as regulators, gauges and pulse dampers
