This kit combines the Radium Engineering 1/8" NPT fuel level switch (20-0461) with the fuel level diagnostic indicator (20-0508). The stainless steel switch installs inside the fuel container and provides a switched signal when the fuel level drops, which can drive a dashboard warning light, a programmable ECU input for engine safety, or lift pump on/off control.

The LED indicator mounts in a 2AN ORB port and gives a visual confirmation of the switch state. It is often not practical to view while driving, so it is mainly used to diagnose a potential fuelling issue.

Important Notes

• The switch must be installed inside the fuel container
• Check the signal direction on a test bench before installing – polarity can be reversed by removing the E-clip and flipping the float
• Requires a 1/8" NPT port for the switch and a 2AN ORB (5/16"-24) port for the LED
• If the LED is stacked on the level switch, the panel thickness must be at least 0.75" (19mm)
• Soldering is required to install the LED
• Always apply PTFE thread sealant paste to tapered pipe threads
