Description
So you've just finished your build and it's time to reseal them. The last thing you want is condensation to ruin the work you've put in to build your very own custom headlights.
With BUTYL, be rest assured that you are using the right product to reseal and lock out moisture. Our premium automotive grade butyl is close to the OEM stuff!
Each roll is long enough to reseal two or more headlights. We recommend heating the butyl so it's pliable. The upside is it won't be too sticky so it can be stretched out for the ideal thickness to fit into the headlight channels without the mess.
We recommend heating your headlights to about 110°C for roughly 10-15 minutes, and then compress the headlight lens and housing.
