• All work performed by us will have a 12 month workmanship warranty.
  • All of our custom lighting builds have a 12 month workmanship warranty. 
  • To avoid having the headlights sent in to us, we will first troubleshoot and resolve any issues remotely. If the headlights need to be sent in for warranty reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs to us, while we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the service was for a drive in/out package we will cover the labour costs within 12 months of the original service date. After 12 months of the original service date, charges will apply to remove the headlights for any diagnostic or warranty work.
  • For warranty claims on components after 12 months, there will be a labour charge to replace the component while the component itself may be covered depending on the manufacturer's warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • The warranty is for the original purchaser only, and not transferable.
  • There are no warranties or coverage on the outer headlight lenses. Cracks and oxidisation is out of our control, and is deemed wear and tear by the manufacturer of those headlights.
  • We are not responsible for any component warranties if supplied by the customer.
  • If there is a warranty issue that requires the headlights to be removed/reinstalled by a third-party, we are not responsible for any of the costs involved.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or improper use.
  • Any modifications or tampering.
