BOOKING POLICY

For bookings that require a deposit, it means that we have specifically blocked out, and allocated valuable time and resources for the job. Giving us ample notice is highly appreciated as we may be able to re-work the schedule without it causing too much of a disruption.

Timeframes for deposit refunds
7+ days 100% deposit refund
Between 6-2 days 50% deposit refund
Within 48 hours Booking is lost and non-refundable

 

Timeframes for rescheduling a booking

 

2+ days Deposit is unaffected
48-24 hours 50% deposit is lost
Less than 24 hours Booking deposit is lost and non-refundable. A new booking deposit will be required for a new booking
