BOOKING POLICY
For bookings that require a deposit, it means that we have specifically blocked out, and allocated valuable time and resources for the job. Giving us ample notice is highly appreciated as we may be able to re-work the schedule without it causing too much of a disruption.

Timeframes for deposit refunds
7+ days | 100% deposit refund |
Between 6-2 days | 50% deposit refund |
Within 48 hours | Booking is lost and non-refundable |
Timeframes for rescheduling a booking

48-24 hours | 50% deposit is lost |
Less than 24 hours | Booking deposit is lost and non-refundable. A new booking deposit will be required for a new booking |
