Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum in the perpendicular port, transferring fuel across the tank.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOEM jet pumps are designed for factory pump flow rates – with a higher-flowing aftermarket pump they become a major restriction in the return line and cause high fuel pressure, and drilling them out compromises their function. The Radium jet pump is designed for high-flow aftermarket pumps and includes three orifice sizes, calculated and vacuum-tested with multiple pump combinations.
