They collect oil and water condensation before it reaches the intake, cutting buildup in the intake, intercooler piping, throttle body and manifold.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAt light throttle the PCV-line can does most of the work; at full throttle the PCV valve closes and the crankcase vent can takes over.
