It separates oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, keeping the intake, intercooler, throttle body and manifold cleaner and keeping oil vapour out of the cabin. On turbo or supercharged cars with oil build-up in the intercooler it is essential, as oil reduces heat exchanger efficiency.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRadium's Fluid Lock reservoir is a patented mechanism that stops the can overfilling and traps collected fluid until it's emptied.
