The Radium Universal AOS-R separates oil and contaminants from crankcase vapour before they reach the intake, then returns the collected oil to the sump above the oil level – so, unlike a catch can, it needs no emptying.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEngine coolant circulates through a heating chamber to keep the unit warm and prevent internal condensation, while a water trap around the bottom edge stops water reaching the sump.
