The \u003cstrong\u003ethickness\u003c\/strong\u003e improves exhaust sound frequency, increases durability and product lifespan. The extra weight is not significantly detrimental to performance. However, it increases \u003cstrong\u003esafety\u003c\/strong\u003e for the drivers.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePipes are also polished outside and inside to achieve aesthetic and performance benefits.
